ph1999 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph1999 ("ph1999," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph1999.co. By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the ph1999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the ph1999 platform. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms are supplemented by the ph1999 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy accessible at ph1999.co/responsible-gaming, and any specific promotional or bonus terms published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and use ph1999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling in the Philippines as mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph1999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing ph1999 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ph1999 or any PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator.

ph1999 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player does not meet the minimum age requirement, ph1999 will immediately suspend the relevant account pending verification. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, and any funds held in that account will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

3.1 Single Account Rule. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with ph1999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph1999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at its sole discretion, to void any winnings generated from those accounts. This rule is a binding requirement under PAGCOR regulations and is non-negotiable.

3.2 Accurate Information. You represent and warrant that all personal information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly notify ph1999 of any changes to your registered information by updating your account profile or contacting customer support.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph1999 login credentials, including your username and password. ph1999 will never ask for your password. You agree to notify ph1999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph1999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). ph1999 is required under PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine anti-money-laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to the processing of withdrawal requests. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents and any other information reasonably requested by ph1999 for this purpose. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your ph1999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, all pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be addressed in accordance with the applicable bonus terms, and any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed normally.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph1999 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, among other methods listed on the platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at ph1999 is ₱100 per transaction, unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.

4.3 Deposit Processing. ph1999 does not charge fees for deposits. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, and InstaPay deposits are credited instantly; bank transfer methods (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, PesoNet) may take between 30 minutes and one business day depending on the originating institution.

4.4 Player Funds. All player funds deposited at ph1999 are held in segregated accounts entirely separate from ph1999's operational funds. ph1999 does not use player deposits for operational purposes. This segregation is a mandatory requirement under ph1999's PAGCOR licensing conditions.

4.5 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your ph1999 account are your own and have been obtained through lawful means. ph1999 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money-laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal of funds from your ph1999 account is subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) your account identity has been verified through the KYC process; (b) any bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance have been fulfilled; and (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable limits.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Withdrawal Channels. Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. ph1999 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be directed to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the player's name.

5.4 Processing Times. ph1999 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines based on the player's VIP tier: Diamond members — instant; Gold members — same day; Silver members — within 24 hours; Bronze members — within 24–48 hours. These timelines are targets and may be exceeded due to bank processing delays, compliance review requirements, or public holidays.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees. ph1999 does not currently charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Third-party fees imposed by banks or e-wallet providers are outside ph1999's control and may apply depending on the player's financial institution.

5.6 Withholding of Withdrawals. ph1999 reserves the right to withhold or delay the processing of withdrawal requests where: (a) a fraud investigation is ongoing; (b) the withdrawal request is associated with a pattern of promotional abuse; (c) the player has not completed identity verification; or (d) the withdrawal request appears to be inconsistent with normal playing patterns in a manner that triggers compliance review.

6.1 General. From time to time, ph1999 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published in the individual promotion's terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion is expressly designated as a "no-wagering" offer, all bonus funds credited to your ph1999 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry date are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player Per Promotion. Each promotion is available to a single player once only, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. ph1999 reserves the right to void bonus credits and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of: (a) the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion; (b) coordinated play patterns designed to arbitrage promotional offers; (c) exploitation of errors in promotional mechanics; or (d) any other conduct inconsistent with legitimate promotional participation.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. ph1999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already received bonus funds, those funds and any associated wagering requirements remain in effect and are not voided by the promotion's withdrawal.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the ph1999 platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules. In the event of any inconsistency between the information displayed within a game and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of game-specific mechanics.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All game outcomes at ph1999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RNG systems used by ph1999's game providers are independently audited and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, ph1999 reserves the right to void affected bets and, where applicable, return staked amounts to the relevant player accounts. ph1999 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions. All disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with ph1999 customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant event.

7.4 Unauthorized Strategies. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other technology designed to provide an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited. ph1999 employs detection systems to identify such activity and reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts where prohibited strategies are identified.

In connection with your use of ph1999, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account requirement;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point;
• Using the ph1999 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Depositing funds obtained through unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of coordinated fraudulent gameplay;
• Using software tools, hacks, cheats, or any other unauthorized means to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the ph1999 platform or any of its games;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph1999 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with your use of the platform;
• Acting in any manner that damages, disrupts, or places excessive load on ph1999's systems or infrastructure;
• Accessing ph1999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

ph1999 reserves the right to take all action it deems necessary in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of funds pending investigation, and reporting to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9.1 ph1999 Initiated Closure. ph1999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8; (c) failure to satisfy eligibility criteria; (d) PAGCOR regulatory requirement or instruction; (e) the player being subject to a self-exclusion; or (f) any other reason that ph1999 determines, acting in good faith, justifies account action.

9.2 Funds on Account Closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, ph1999 reserves the right to void all outstanding winnings and bonus balances. Any real-money balance held at the time of closure that was not derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the conclusion of any applicable investigation period.

9.3 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not been accessed or used for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be considered dormant. ph1999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts, the amount of which will be disclosed in the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin to apply.

All content, software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, and other materials forming part of the ph1999 platform are the intellectual property of ph1999 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

ph1999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph1999 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any platform content; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the platform or any game; or (c) use ph1999 branding, trademarks, or logos for any purpose without prior written consent from ph1999.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph1999 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even where ph1999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.2 ph1999's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ph1999 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph1999's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any matter in respect of which liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Philippine law.

11.4 No Warranty. The ph1999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ph1999 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and performance, ph1999 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

ph1999 is committed to responsible gaming and complies with all PAGCOR requirements relating to the protection of players from gambling-related harm. ph1999 recognizes that, while the vast majority of players engage with the platform for entertainment without issue, a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviors that require intervention and support.

12.1 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ph1999 players at no cost through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive automated reminders when you have been playing for a defined period of time;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from accessing ph1999 for a minimum period of six (6) months.

12.2 Self-Exclusion. Where a player requests self-exclusion, ph1999 will take all reasonable technical measures to prevent that player from accessing the platform for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority. During a self-exclusion period, ph1999 will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.

12.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. ph1999 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21 and employs age verification procedures during registration and withdrawal KYC. If you are aware of any person under 21 accessing the ph1999 platform, please contact our customer support team immediately.

ph1999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using ph1999, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph1999 complies with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. ph1999 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except as required for the provision of services (such as payment processing and KYC verification), as required by law, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph1999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph1999 will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the ph1999 platform, no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the ph1999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at ph1999.co/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including all applicable PAGCOR regulations, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the ph1999 platform, you agree to first contact ph1999 customer support to seek an informal resolution. ph1999 commits to acknowledging all formally submitted disputes within five (5) business days and to providing a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

15.3 PAGCOR Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in its capacity as the regulatory authority overseeing ph1999's operations. Escalation to PAGCOR is available as a right to all Philippine-resident players.

15.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to Section 15.3, any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
